As an England International athlete I specialise in weight/fat loss, toning up, increasing lean muscle, improving running fitness, and helping people get generally fit.

In addition to delivering on your nutritional requirements, I can train you in the great outdoors either in a local park, or at various gym locations in Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield including Wyndley Leisure Centre, or for added convenience via Microsoft Teams in the comfort of your own home. 

Nutritional Therapy FAQs

I want you to make the most out of your consultation, therefore I’ll ask for a range of information before the appointment. I will then spend some time before the consultation reading through your completed questionnaire and doing some research, to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your session with me.

After your appointment, you’ll receive a Health Optimisation Plan (HOP). This will be a protocol for you to follow that we would have discussed during your consultation. It will encompass nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise suggestions if appropriate. The plan will also recommend any clinical tests or supplements if appropriate

This is a bespoke service and therefore every client is different. Some people will just have the initial consultation, whereas some may need several follow-ups. What is certain is that I will be honest with you and in the nicest possible way I shouldn’t need to see anyone continuously, although I’ll always be there for support if needed

The amount of protein you need depends on factors such as age, activity level, and overall health. The NHS recommends that adults consume around 0.75g of protein per kilogram of body weight daily. Good sources include lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, and plant-based alternatives. You can find more guidance on protein intake from the NHS website.
