I offer Personal Training at FIT Personal Training gym in Sutton Coldfield (no membership required). However, if the gym isn’t for you, don’t worry, I also regularly use the fabulous local parks/outdoor spaces in the Sutton Coldfield area and provide online sessions via Microsoft Teams from my home to yours, making the sessions extremely convenient for busy people.

I have over 14 years of experience in the Personal Training industry. I pride myself on my friendly, caring approach that helps put the client at ease.

Additionally, I’m an England international athlete, having represented England Athletics over 10km, and I have 5k and 10k personal bests of 14 minutes 54 seconds and 31 minutes 13 seconds respectively, so you will certainly be in very capable hands.

I also finished in 4th place at the 2017 Birmingham International Half Marathon and have won the annual Sutton Fun Run on 6 occasions.

I recently appeared on ITV Central News, running around Sutton Park as part of the coaching one of their presenters in her London Marathon preparation.

Wyndley Leisure Centre PT Sessions

I am available for Personal Training sessions at Wyndley Leisure Centre in Sutton Coldfield.

Please note you do not have to be a facility member to train with me at this venue.  

We will have full access to the gym, but I can also provide running-based sessions with access to the running track next to the Leisure centre and the beautiful Sutton Park, which also backs onto the venue. There is a large car park next to the facility.

I have an introductory offer of 3 x 1-hour Personal Training sessions for just £110.

Bespoke Personal Training Sessions

I treat every client as an individual and along with one-to-one Personal Training sessions a training program can be created for your individual needs whether you want to train at home or in the gym.

I do not use ‘fancy’ over complicated exercises, just good basic methods that get results!

Online training programs are also available on request as well sessions in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham.
